The template system is the perfect way to manage credit invoices in multiple languages. This guide shows you how to create a new template for a specific language, using French as an example.
Go to the Credit Invoice Template custom module in your Zoho Books account.
You can either clone your existing "Default" template or create a new one from scratch.
Give it a clear name. For example, name the new template "Facture de Crédit - Français". This name will appear in the widget's dropdown menu, making it easy to select the correct language.
Go through the template fields and change the English text to your desired language. You only need to translate the fields that appear as text on the PDF. Below is a comprehensive guide for translating each relevant field into French.
